Terri Rees, the
sole proprietor of Tuxedo Junction Catering, is an entrepreneurial chef who
specializes in intimate catering experiences for that truly special occasion.
With the combined experience of a Culinary Degree she received from the
prestigious Grand Rapids Community College’s Hospitality Department in 2007,
and over 27 years in sales and project management in the Telecommunications
Industry she also uses her talents to do Class Room Instruction and Cooking
Demonstrations.
Terri’s work
experience includes Chef at Meyer May House, a Frank Lloyd Wright Museum for
Steelcase Corp, Sous Chef for Creative Dining at Davenport University and
Catering Chef for Bissell, inc.
One of Terri’s
Creeds “I am passionate about food and passionate about your food” is reflected
in the creative ways Terri makes each Dinner Party unique. For Terri, special
requests, developing a gluten free or allergy free menu is never a problem.
